It's almost February and we're coming upon the holiday of love - Valentine's Day! Share some love with us and the many animals we help - read the latest Humane News – February 2018, Volume 49, No.1.
Once again, we know you'll enjoy the many rescue stories featured in this issue -- from Dallas, the starved pit bull terrier and the sweet kitten Andrew who we are following up on with heart testing to a pair of potbellied pigs and a variety of wild birds in desperate need of help. You can also see how we've helped both Kya and a snake in need through surgery!
But back to Valentine's Day - read our wonderful Happy Endings for those lucky pets who already found their loving homes, but please take an extra look at our many hopeful orphans featured on our cat and dog adoption pages, just waiting to give you their hearts. No more room at your house? Then why not sponsor a Share-A-Pet for Valentine's Day ... or maybe even a tiger or horse in the Wildlife Club!

There's lots of news to read - progress on animal fronts around the world, and issues that need change; updates in the veterinary field and in the courts. And do check out the many wonderful people - adults and kids alike - who make such a difference to the AHS/Popcorn Park through their generosity and kindness. Check out the AHS' efforts to help more animals through shelter outreach and now, expanding our efforts to help feral cats. As always, we squeezed in all the news we could, so please, take a little time from your busy day and read the February 2018 Humane News.
Of course, we wish you all a wonderful Valentine's Day and hope you share your love with the animals you love and the animals we love to help. A small donation will bring your love to so many more animals, and for this we thank you.
