Spring has arrived, and with it, plenty of news about animals! Read the June 2018 issue of the Humane News, Volume 49, No.3, and find out what's going on!
June is Adopt-A-Cat Month, and to celebrate, we've added an extra page of fabulous felines AND a very special adoption offer for the month of June only! We've taken our theme one step further and have featured all kitties on our Popcorn Park page, including the latest photos of Tocho and Shilo, our cougar kittens, all grown up.

AHS has been getting more calls than ever on dogs abandoned on the streets, tied to fences, kept in yard of debris and backyards filled with debris. We rescue as many as we can and give them a new start on life. Check out our cover stories this issue, and read about some of our most recent saves. In this issue, you'll also find some great environmental updates so you can plan for healthy gardens and wildlife visitors, the most recent pet food recalls, and new products on the market for pets and people.

And Happy Endings? We've got plenty of heartwarming stories of Society orphans who've found their forever homes, a bunch more waiting to find them, and some new Share-A-Pets, too. We're happy to share some good news for animals, and keep you aware of areas that still need our attention. It's another jam-packed issue we know you'll enjoy.
